1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Beauty 2 Hand, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Services Offered
Beauty 2 Hand offers beauty and cosmetic treatments. Beauty 2 Hand is trained to a high standard and performs treatments to protocols and how the therapist has been trained in line with treatment procedures. You as a customer will comply with the information given. In very rare cases, there will be risk of unknown adverse reactions in treatments. You must accept this rare possibility when you come for treatment.
3. Deposits and Payment
3.1. Deposits: To secure an appointment, clients may be required to make a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Payment: Payment for services may be made online, in-person, or through other accepted payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so within 48 hours other wise deposit payment will be lost. If you cancel outside of the 48 hours, the deposit will still be non refundable but can be used on the re booking of your treatment.
4.2 If cancelled on the day of the appointment. Full treatment price will be charged.
4.3 If cancelled within 48 hours then 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
4.2. Refunds: No refunds.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of Beauty 2 Hand is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your personal information is handled.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Beauty 2 Hand, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without our explicit consent.
7. Termination of Service
Beauty 2 Hand reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any user at any time for violating these terms and conditions or for any other reason. Beauty 2 Hand reserves the right to no perform treatments where they do not feel like they should do so.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Beauty 2 Hand is not liable for any damages or losses incurred through the use of our services. We provide services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
