The ‘Dermatherm Rf Trio’ gives exceptional skin tightening results for those areas that can’t be targeted at the gym. What does the treatment feel like?
Throughout the treatment the skin is heated to between 38 to 40 degrees. The hand piece of the machine will be swept against the skin in a rhythmic motion. The body will feel warm like a hot stone massage. Its relaxing with fantastic results.

Who can have the treatment?
RF Trio is suitable for all skin types, genders, young or mature skin. For those experiencing loss of firmness and dull in their skin. As well as collagen production, it also boosts oxygen levels in the skin. Target cellulite and loose skin on all areas of the face and body. It is not recommended for skin with broken capillaries or rosacea.

How many treatments will I need?
Often after just a single treatment, a difference can be seen. You will notice an immediate tightening of the elastin fibres, so it is perfect before an event. However, for a long lasting lift we do recommend a course of 6-10 treatments. Ideally 1 treatment a week. No longer than 2 weeks in between treatments. After completing the course, we suggest
every 6 -8 weeks for maintenance treatments.

What happens after treatment?
Following the treatment your skin will look and feel tighter. Skin tightening will continue to work up to 12 weeks post treatment and when the course is completed the effects can last for up to a year. Regular maintenance treatments will prolong and improve the results further.

What does the treatment feel like?
Most people will feel a slight tingling or prickling sensation but should not be uncomfortable.

Who can have the treatment?
While most people benefit from microcurrent treatments ,from a younger client to prevent signs of aging and older clients to reduce lines and wrinkles there are some absolute contraindications. It cannot be carried out in person with epilepsy, that have a pacemaker, are pregnant or have active cancer. A full consultation will be carried out.

Results are visible after one treatment but for most noticable results an initial course of 6-10 treatments is recommended at 2 per week , then followed up with maintenance facials every 4-6 weeks.
